When will I get my report?
Reports are delivered by email within 24 hours of the inspection, usually the same evening.
How much does an inspection cost?
Residential inspections start at $450 for homes up to 2,500 sq. ft., and interior-only condominium inspections start at $325. Can a house fail an inspection?
No. A home inspection isn't a pass-or-fail test. It's a detailed look at the property's condition so you can decide what to negotiate, repair or plan for.
